Randy cooked solo in Montague while Kelly and I were at a wedding in Dalhart.
He placed 4th overall and pulled a 5th place in his first-time bean cook.
3rd in ribs of 39 teams - not too shabby. Next up - Kansas City style
cooking over the labor day weekend at the Bedford Blues festival. Our
first KCBS cookoff since Ada in 2008. Wish us luck!

Competition BBQ Team
We are a competition barbeque cooking team based near Dallas, TX. We all
have regular jobs, but for a few months each year, barbeque takes over our lives.
We have been cooking competitively since 2003 and won a room full of
trophy's and plaques. More importantly, we have had more fun than we
ever dreamed of.
