The summer heat is on a little early here in Texas so the Cosmic's have
thrown in the towel. They will be taking a few weeks off until the
heat breaks, or more likely, until they get tired of sitting around the
house. We're betting boredom sets in long before the heat breaks.

Competition BBQ Team
We are a competition barbeque cooking team based near Dallas, TX. We all
have regular jobs, but for a few months each year, barbeque takes over our lives.
We have been cooking competitively since 2003 and won a room full of
trophy's and plaques. More importantly, we have had more fun than we
ever dreamed of.
